卡约阿岛（Kayoa、Kaioa）是马鲁古群岛的一座火山岛，也叫Pulau Urimatiti，靠近哈马黑拉岛，位于马基安岛南部14.5公里，行政上由北马鲁古省南哈马黑拉县管辖。主岛长16公里，岛上地形以山地为主[1]。蒂加拉鲁火山位于岛西部，卡约阿岛与周围岛屿不同，主要由沉积岩构成而不是火山岩[2]。居民主使用印尼语、西马基安语和塔巴语[3]（也叫东马基安语）[4]。
