塞西尔·B·德米尔奖（英語：Cecil B. DeMille Award），又称金球奖终身成就奖，是金球奖中为了表彰终身致力电影事业，为全球娱乐业做出贡献的人士的奖项，自1952年开始由好莱坞外国记者协会（HFPA）在金球奖典礼上颁发。该奖项的名称以首届获奖者也是电影出品人塞西尔·德米尔命名。[1]
