本条目是第91届奥斯卡金像奖最佳外语片奖的角逐名单。美国电影艺术与科学学会自1956年设立该奖以来，每年都会邀请各国电影行业提交他们当年最出色的电影参加最佳外语片奖评选[1]。该奖项每年由学院颁发主要包含非英语对白的非美国制作电影长片[1][2]。外语片奖委员会负责监督评选过程、审阅所有被提交的电影[2]。
所有被提交的電影必須於2017年10月1日到2018年9月30日期間在製片國家公映[3]。提交截止時間為2018年10月1日[3]。
