艾伦·李·德杰尼勒斯（英語：Ellen Lee DeGeneres，1958年1月26日—）是一位美國演員、喜劇演員、主持人、作家及製作人，現在她主持脫口秀節目《艾倫·狄珍妮秀》（The Ellen DeGeneres Show）及在《美國偶像》（American Idol）第九季擔任評審。主持第79屆、第86屆奧斯卡金像獎，亦曾多次憑《艾倫·狄珍妮秀》獲得艾美獎。

2016年11月由美國總統歐巴馬頒贈總統自由勳章。

2020年夏天，她的節目被調查為不友善的工作環境，而且該節目的製作人涉嫌騷擾員工而成為爭議的問題。經過內部調查後，三名高級員工退出；狄珍妮道歉，並發誓要把節目變成一個「每個人都會受到尊重的工作環境。」

早期生活

狄珍妮在美國路易斯安那州杰斐遜奧克斯納醫療中心出生，她的父親艾略特是一名保險銷售員，母親是貝蒂（Betty DeGeneres）是一名語言治療師（speech therapist）。她擁有法國、英國、德國和愛爾蘭的血統。在13歲之前，她成長於基督教科學會（Christian Science）的家庭中。1973年，她的父母申請分居，隔年離婚。她的母親貝蒂隨後改嫁給Roy Gruessendorf。 1976年5月，狄珍妮畢業於亞特蘭大高中（Atlanta High School）。畢業後，她搬回路易斯安娜州進入新奥尔良大学（University of New Orleans），主修傳播學（communication studies）。一個學期後，她離開學校進入一家法律顧問公司從事文職工作（clerical work），她同時也在湖濱購物中心（Lakeside Shopping Center）中的連鎖服飾店Merry-Go-Round賣衣服。她其他的工作經驗包括：在星期五餐廳（TGI Friday's）當服務員、房屋油漆工（house painter）、招待員、酒保。在她的演出中，許多都與她的童年生活及工作經驗有關。

狄珍妮在1997年出櫃後不久，和演員安妮·海切開始了一段感情，她們的關係被小報大肆報導，但最後於2000年以分手收場。跟著，狄珍妮與演員／導演／攝影師亚历山德拉·哈迪森開始約會。2004年，狄珍妮與曾在《艾莉的异想世界》飾演Nelle Porter的波蒂亞·德·羅西開始了另一段感情，兩人於2008年8月16日在加州結婚。
