鱷龜科（Chelydridae）是龜鱉目下的一個科，有擬鱷龜屬和大鱷龜屬等2個現存屬和 Acherontemys、Chelydrops、Chelydropsis、Emarginachelys、Macrocephalochelys、Planiplastron和Protochelydra等7個已滅絕屬。
