描述
English: Taken by the GOES-13 satellite, this picture shows Hurricane Dora on July 21 when it was located at 17.1 W and 109.9 N. Dora had winds of 155 mph and had a minimum pressure of 929 mbar, which would make it the strongest Pacific hurricane since Hurricane Celia in the previous year. The day before, Hurricane Dora had rapidly intensified from a minimal hurricane to a category 4. The hurricane is expected to rapidly weaken over the next few days as it moves over colder waters.
