此模板生产一个包含条目或者消歧义页面链接顶注；可以接受0-5个参数。

- 第一个参数修改顶注本身因此应该是纯文本，比如
{{For|相似术语}}显示结果为:
- 第二个参数用于改变结果中的链接，比如
