柏翠茜·雅格（英語：Patricia Arquette，1968年4月8日—）是一位美國女演員。2005年起在電視劇《鬼線人》中演出身為靈媒的主人翁，亦屢次憑此角入圍金球獎、艾美獎及美國演員工會獎，更因此角色於2005年獲艾美獎。憑藉《年少時代》中母親的角色獲得多項電影獎，包括包括美國演員工會獎最佳女配角、英國電影學院獎最佳女配角和第72屆金球獎戲劇最佳女配角以及第87屆奧斯卡金像獎最佳女配角等獎項。

柏翠茜·雅格的母親Brenda Denaut是猶太人[1][2][3][4]。柏翠茜·雅格的外祖父是猶太人大屠殺的生還者[5]。柏翠茜·雅格的父親Lewis Arquette有英格蘭、法裔加拿大人、瑞士德國人、蘇格蘭、德國、愛爾蘭和威爾斯血統[6]。
父親Lewis Arquette是演員[7]。祖父Cliff Arquette也是演員[8][6]。曾祖父母是歌舞雜耍表演演員[8]。父親是梅里韋瑟·劉易斯的後裔[7]。
幾名兄弟姊妹均在演藝界發展，包括羅珊娜·雅格及大衛·雅格（David Arquette）[9]，亦因大衛·雅格娶了柯特妮·考克斯的關係而成為考克斯的大姑子。
兒子Enzo在1989年出生，兒子的父親是前男友Paul Rossi；女兒在2003年出生，女兒的父親是前夫Thomas Jane。
