布丽·拉尔森（英语：Brie Larson，1989年10月1日—），本名布莉安·希唐妮·特桑尼尔斯（英语：Brianne Sidonie Desaulniers），是一位美国女演员和歌手。童年出道开始参演喜剧小品《The Tonight Show with Jay Leno》。2009至2011年参演喜剧电视剧《倒错人生》。2015年主演的电影《不存在的房间》收获广泛好评，并获得第73届金球奖剧情类电影最佳女主角奖、第69届英国电影学院奖最佳女主角奖、第22届美国演员工会奖最佳女主角奖、第31届独立精神奖最佳女主角奖、第88届奥斯卡金像奖最佳女主角奖^[1]。

漫威影业在2019年宣布拉尔森将饰演“惊奇队长”卡萝·丹佛斯，并先后于2019年电影《惊奇队长》及《复仇者联盟4：终局之战》、2021年电影《尚气与十环帮传奇》、2022年电视剧《惊奇女士》、2023年电影《惊奇队长2》中登场^[2]。
