伊善語，又稱東北泰語，是寮語的一種變體，使用範圍位於泰國東北地區（伊善地區），在該地區有三分之二的人口說這種語言，鄰近的泰國北部及東部也有部份使用者。伊善語是伊善人的母語，泰國全國總共有2000萬人使用這種語言。
