渥太華条約（英語：Ottawa Treaty），或称地雷禁止条約（英語：Mine Ban Treaty），正式名称为关于杀伤性地雷的使用、储存、生产和转让的禁止及销毁公约（英語：Convention on the Prohibition of the Use, Stockpiling, Production and Transfer of Anti-Personnel Mines and on their Destruction）。条约正式宣布禁止使用、儲存、生產和轉讓具对人员殺傷力的地雷，及銷毀、完全禁止一切殺傷地雷（反步兵地雷，又稱為AP地雷）。截至2007年，它已由155個國家参加中的40多個國家簽署，不过中華人民共和國、印度、俄羅斯和美國等軍火大國均不是締約國。此外，該條約也受到國際反地雷組織的支持。
