2010 Rose Parade theme was : Cut Avove The Rest, and he was the prefect Grand Marshal to fit the theme of the parade. Chesley B. "Sully" Sullenberger III, 57, of Danville, Calif., was the pilot of US Airways Flight 1549 that laned in the Hudson River on January 15th, 2009. All 155 passengers aboard the flight were rescued from the freezing waters. The cause of the crash was due to the planes colliding with a flock of birds just minutes after takeoff. |
