In the near of the bridge on the island Jebba is located also a famous Muno Park-Memorial.; Drawing with a British crown (without oval) and a steam train running a bridge.

To this bridge: The two-sections bridge over the island of Jebba in the river Niger was built 1909-1915 by the British with a span wide of 547 meters (1,795 feet) as extension of the Lagos-Ibadan railway to create a link to the Kano-Baro railway line. The bridge was erected in the core of the traditional settlement area of the Nupe-Kingdom. The bridge was collapsed on as result of the so-called "Tatabu flood" due to negligence for decades.
