神經解剖學中，束（fasciculus）是中樞神經系統中的神經徑（英語：Nerve tract），即中樞神經內一束神經纖維（神經元的軸突），其中可包含數個索，每個索都是一小束神經纖維^[1]^[2]^[3]。單個神經束表面有神經束膜保護，而其中的各個索之間還有神經內膜隔開^[4]。多個神經束可形成的一條神經，外表還有神經外膜保護^[4]。

神經束（nerve fascicle）則是屬於周圍神經系統神經的一束神經纖維^[5]^[4]^[6]。

英語 fasciculus 與 fascicle 時常混用，但在中樞神經系統內，仍多用 fasciculus。例如：腦中的弓狀束（arcuate fasciculus）、脊髓內的薄束（英語：Dorsal column–medial lemniscus pathway）（gracile fasciculus）。
