Čeština: „Velký státní znak tvoří čtvrcený štít, v jehož prvním a čtvrtém červeném poli je stříbrný dvouocasý lev ve skoku se zlatou korunou a zlatou zbrojí. Ve druhém modrém poli je stříbrno-červeně šachovaná orlice se zlatou korunou a zlatou zbrojí. Ve třetím zlatém poli je černá orlice se stříbrným půlměsícem zakončeným jetelovými trojlístky a uprostřed s křížkem, se zlatou korunou a červenou zbrojí.“
Deutsch: „Das Große Staatswappen besteht aus einem gevierten Schild:
im ersten und vierten Feld in Rot ein aufgerichteter goldgekrönter und goldbewehrter zweischwänziger silberner Löwe,
im zweiten Feld in Blau ein goldgekrönter und goldbewehrter von Silber und Rot geschachter Adler,
im dritten Feld in Gold ein goldgekrönter und rotbewehrter schwarzer Steinadler, belegt mit einem silbernen Halbmond, der auf den Flügelenden kleeblattförmig und auf der Brust oben in ein Kreuz ausläuft.“
English: Quarterly, first and fourth gules a lion rampant double-queued argent crowned, armed and langued or (for Bohemia), second quarter azure an eagle displayed chequy gules and argent crowned, armed and langued or (for Moravia), third quarter or, an eagle displayed sable crowned of the first, armed and langued gules, on its breast a crescent trefoiled and a crosslet argent (for Silesia).
Français : « Ecartelé. Au premier et au quatrième: de gueules, au lion d'argent à la queue fourchée et passée en sautoir, couronné, armé et lampassé d'or, qui est de Bohème. Au deuxième: d'azur, à l'aigle éployée échiquetée d'argent et de gueules, becquée, languée, membrée et couronnée d'or, qui est de Moravie. Au troisième: d'or, à l'aigle éployée de sable, becquée, lampassée & membrée de gueules, couronnée d'or, chargée d’un croissant (tréflé) sommé d’une croix pattée d’argent, qui est de Silésie»
