圆叶栒子（学名：Cotoneaster rotundifolius）为蔷薇科栒子属的植物。分布于印度、不丹、尼泊尔以及中国大陆的西藏、四川、云南等地，生长于海拔1,500米至4,000米的地区，多生长于草坡以及山顶岩石上，目前已由人工引种栽培。
其种加词“Rotundifolius”意为“圆形叶的”。
