常务秘书
常务秘书（也称为首席秘书）是一个部门或部委的最高级别公务员，[1]负责管理该部门或部委的日常活动。常务秘书是一个政府部门或部委的非政务官之中的首席执行官，他们通常在一个政府部门或部委任职多年（因此是“常务”）。[2]
