扁芝麻蜗牛属（学名：Gastroptychia），又称腹皱螺属[3]，是主扭舌目芝麻蜗牛科的一属[1][4][5]。

- Gastroptychia bicristata Yen, 1939
- 大河腹皱螺 Gastroptychia dahensis D.-N. Chen & G.-Q. Zhang, 2002：发现于中国甘肃南部[6][7]
- 左旋扁芝麻蜗牛 Gastroptychia gabata Y.-C. Lee & K.-M. Chang, 2004[4][5]
- Gastroptychia insignis (Godwin-Austen, 1870)
- Gastroptychia laurentiana (Möllendorff, 1885)
- 茂兰腹皱螺 Gastroptychia maolanensis T.-C. Luo, D.-N. Chen & G.-Q. Zhang, 2002：发现于中国贵州南部荔波县的茂兰镇[3][8]
