旋毛纲（学名：Spirotrich），或作旋毛类，是纤毛虫门内大核亚门之下的一个大型及高度多样化的原生生物纲[2]:141-173。 这些动物，无论是栖息于泥土、淡水或海水，其纤毛的构造都一样。
分类[编辑]
截至2020年11月21日[update]，WoRMS纪录本纲包括下列五个亚纲：
- 环毛亚纲 Choreotrichia Small & Lynn 1985
- 少毛亚纲 Hypotrichia（例如：Euplotes）
- Subclass Licnophoria
- Subclass Protocruziidia
- 排毛亚纲 Stichotrichia（例如：Stylonychia）
寡毛亚纲 Oligotrichia (e.g. Halteria）[4]旧属旋毛纲，今从旋毛纲独立出来。
