营养免疫学

营养免疫学(Nutritional immunology)是免疫学的一个分支学科,研究营养免疫系统以及其保护功能的影响。营养免疫学中有一部分在研究饮食在预防及治疗自体免疫性疾病、慢性病、过敏癌症文明病)及感染上的是否有功效[1]。其他和营养免疫学有关的主题有营养不良吸收不良以及营养相关的代谢疾病,也包括确认其免疫上的产物[2][3][4][5]
