假人挑战（英语：Mannequin Challenge）为一部网络爆红短片，被拍摄者需做出一个定格动作，且要表现与人体模型一样静止不动，并由摄影师透过移动镜头的技巧进行拍摄，通常影片会使用雷·什里默德的《黑色披头四》作为背景音乐[1][2]。知名社交媒体像是推特以及Instagram等使用“#MannequinChallenge”作为主题标签。这种现象源自于2016年10月12日，位于美国佛罗里达州杰克逊维尔的学生所发想[1][3][4][5]。
但在2013时，已有一位街头艺术家Silviu Caraba 于街头表演假人挑战，且经常与路人一起摆像动作电影一样的姿势以拍照。[6]
台湾歌手陈雷于1994年在《欢喜就好》专辑中发行的《心爱的甭哭》歌曲mv，也有运用定格动作的拍摄手法。[7]
