加沙—以色列隔离墙，是以色列与加萨走廊的边界上的隔离围墙[1]。此边界上仅有两座口岸，北部的埃雷兹口岸（英语：Erez Crossing）是双方人员与货运往来的唯一管道；南部的凯雷姆沙洛姆则为加萨走廊与埃及货运往来的管道，位于加萨、以色列与埃及三方的交会点（以色列不同意货物通过埃及—加沙边界直接输往加萨走廊，故拉法口岸仅用于人员过境[2][3]）[4]。

以色列于1994年开始建筑最初的60公里隔离墙[5]。以色列军方本在围墙的加沙侧设立宽一公里的缓冲区，以避免加萨走廊的武装分子进入以色列境内，2005年以色列撤离加沙后加沙的巴勒斯坦人可直接抵达围墙[6]，对此以色列在管控线上建设强化的安全系统，包括7公尺高并设有感应装置的围墙、可远端控制的机枪与铁丝网等[7]。建设过程中，征收附近社区土地以建设围墙时曾引发争议[8] 。

埃及—加沙边界还有一个过境点，即拉法边境口岸，但仅限于人员过境； 根据以色列的要求，任何进入加萨的货物都必须经过以色列，通常是经由凯雷姆沙洛姆口岸[9][3]。

1993年，以色列和巴勒斯坦解放组织签署了第一份《奥斯陆协议》，建立巴勒斯坦民族权力机构，对约旦河西岸和加萨走廊进行有限的行政控制。 根据协议，以色列继续保持对加萨地带领空、陆地边界（除2005年被以色列放弃的加萨与埃及边界外）和领海的控制。

2005年，以色列单方面从加萨走廊撤军，并撤出数千名以色列定居者。 以色列因此声称已经结束占领。 然而，这一说法受到了质疑，因为尽管加萨不是以色列的一部分，而且加沙人没有以色列护照，但以色列继续对加萨的领海和领空行使控制权[10]。

2000年9月阿克萨群众起义开始时，该隔离墙大部分被巴勒斯坦人拆除，随后发生了许多恐怖攻击[12]。 2000年12月至2001年6月期间重建了隔离墙。除了新的高科技观察哨外，还增加了一个一公里的缓冲区。 以色列士兵们也获得了新的交战规则[12]， 据《国土报》报道，该规则允许士兵向任何在夜间非法爬入以色列领土的人开枪[13]。 试图偷偷越过隔离墙进入以色列的巴勒斯坦人被枪杀[14]。

隔离墙的有效性促使巴勒斯坦武装分子改变策略，他们开始向隔离墙发射卡萨姆火箭和迫击炮弹[12][18]。

2008年12月27日，以色列发动加沙战争，包括对加沙走廊目标进行空袭和地面入侵，其既定目标是阻止火箭发射[19]和武器走私进入该领土[20][21]。 战争于2009年1月18日结束，双方停止军事行动[22][23]。 以色列于1月21日完成撤军[24]， 此后数千枚火箭和迫击炮弹从加沙走廊被发射。

在2023年10月加沙—以色列冲突中此围墙被哈马斯攻破[29]，令南部区 (以色列)有1000名以上以色列人及外国人被杀[30]，另外有200多人被绑架至加沙地带[31]。
