安东尼·雷·辛顿（英语：Anthony Ray Hinton，1956年6月1日—），男，非裔美国人，曾被误判于1985年在阿拉巴马州伯明翰杀死两名快餐店经理[1]。他的名字在死囚名单上长达28年之久，至2015年获释才结束[1][2][3][4][5]。

1985年2月25日及同年7月2日，阿拉巴马州伯明翰分别发生了两宗持械行劫，两名快餐店经理被杀害[2]。一名第三间快餐店的幸存者于警察局认人时拣选了辛顿的照片。当时辛顿正值29岁，在超级市场的货仓打工，并且与母亲一同居住，住处位于阿拉巴马州的乡郊地区，距离伯明翰约半小时车程[3]。辛顿获指派的辩方律师没有给予他充足的谘询。他的弹道专家证人亦被控方以物理限制和缺乏经验为由加以质疑[4][6]。辛顿的上司证明他不在场的供词也被裁审团所忽视[3]。控方唯一能够提出的证据只有一个弹道测试报告，指出案中的子弹与辛顿母亲配枪的子弹吻合，而该手枪在调查中在他们家中捡获。在没有指纹的证据或其他的人证的情况下，辛顿被判死刑[2][3]。
案件经过多翻上诉，最终于2014年获美国最高法院多位法官一致推翻，控方撤销对他的所有指控。获释后，他写了一本名为The Sun Does Shine: How I Found Life and Freedom on Death Row的回忆录[3]。2019年电影《不完美的正义》亦有他这个角色，由小欧席亚·杰克森饰演。
