澳大利亚葡萄酒
澳大利亚是世界第四大葡萄酒出口国，葡萄酒产量只有40%用于国内需要，其他都用来出口[1]。葡萄酒产业对澳洲经济贡献颇多[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]。澳洲国内消费的葡萄酒中，只有16.6%是进口的[1]。
历史[编辑]
在英国人发现澳大利亚之初，已有白人于澳大利亚开始种植葡萄以此酿酒。最早成功销售澳大利亚葡萄酒的纪录始于1820年，接著1822年，又成功出口澳大利亚葡萄酒。随著一些移民涌入，其中有些是来自欧洲大陆，酿酒技术得以引进，使澳大利亚葡萄酒能进一步发展。

澳大利亚葡萄酒所采用的葡萄，主要是西拉葡萄，但也有采用赤霞珠、莎当妮、梅洛葡萄、白苏维翁、雷司令等等。
