K12AMD第一款基于ARMv8-AAArch64指令集微架构,预计将在2016年公布。[1]但随著当时负责此专案的AMD首席架构师Jim Keller跳槽至特斯拉,K12专案也就不了了之。

K12将基于格罗方德/三星 14奈米FinFET的制程。[2]

微架构将聚焦在高频和电源效率,并将以高密度伺服器,嵌入式、半定制的市场区隔为目标。[3]
