三氟乙酸釩(III)是釩的羧酸鹽之一，化學式為V(CF3COO)3。它可由三氯化釩和三氟乙酸回流反應製得[1]；也可由二均三甲苯釩和三氟乙酸、四氫呋喃（thf）反應，經[H(thf)n][V(CF3COO)3]，再與吖啶反應（或直接氧化）得到。[2]它在空氣中熱分解，其最終產物為五氧化二釩。[1]
