利洛司酮（INN：liropristone；開發代號：ZK-98734、ZK-734）是一種合成類甾體抗孕激素（英語：Antiprogestogen），具有額外的抗糖皮質激素（英語：Antiglucocorticoid）活性。該藥物由先靈公司（英語：Schering AG）開發，於1985年獲得專利。[1][2][3][4]它被描述為一種墮胎藥（英語：abortifacient）和子宮內膜避孕藥（英語：Hormonal contraception）。[1][4][5]該藥物與米非司酮的不同之處僅在於其C17α側鏈的結構，據說相比之下，其抗糖皮質激素活性大大降低。[6]
