大衛·佩奇（英語：David Page，1814年8月24日—1879年3月9日）是一位蘇格蘭地質學家和科學作家，出生於法夫郡的洛赫利[1]，1853年當選倫敦地質學會會員，1863年當選愛丁堡皇家學會會員，推介人為萊昂·普萊費爾[2]，1863至1865年擔任愛丁堡地質學會會長。
