奧迪Q4 e-tron（Audi Q4 e-tron）是奧迪開發的一款電動緊湊型跨界SUV，是奧迪e-tron系列的第四款車型，2019年在日內瓦車展面世[3]，2021年3月開始生產[4][5][6]。2021年6月開始在歐洲銷售，最初在德國的售價是€41,900[7]。隨後將在北美和中國上市。
