特倫斯·約翰·考克斯（英語：Terrance John Cox，1963年7月18日—）[1]為美國民主黨籍政治人物，於2019年至2021年間在加利福尼亞州第十一國會選區擔任聯邦眾議員。考克斯在2018年的選舉中成功擊敗了現任共和黨籍議員大衛·瓦拉道，但在2020年的選舉中又被瓦拉道擊敗。
2022年8月，考克斯因15項電信詐騙罪、11項洗錢罪、一項金融機構欺詐罪和一項競選捐款欺詐罪被聯邦調查局逮捕。[2]

T·J·考克斯生於美國加利福尼亞州核桃溪，其父是從中國至美國的化學工程教授[3]，其母則來自菲律賓。[4]他於1986年在內華達大學雷諾分校獲得了化學工程學士學位[5]，後於南方衛理公會大學獲得了工商管理碩士學位。[6]他開設了兩家主營堅果加工業務的公司[7]，此外還開設了一家致力於社區發展的企業。[8]

Born in Walnut Creek, California to immigrant parents — his mother Perla De Castro from the Philippines, and half-Chinese father from China — Cox is among several congressional Filipino candidates who advanced to California’s general elections.
