尼泊爾共產黨（馬列）（英語：Communist Party of Nepal (Marxist–Leninist)）是尼泊爾的一個已不存在的共產黨，它從尼泊爾共產黨 (聯合馬列)分裂出來，成立於1998年3月5日。[1]黨主席是Sahana Pradhan，Bam Dev Gautam是秘書長。
在1999年的議會選舉中，尼泊爾共產黨 (馬列) (1998)在全國範圍內得到了6.4%的選票，但未能贏得一個席位。[2]
2002年1月，尼泊爾共產黨（馬列）和另一個黨合作組成統一派別。
2002年2月15日，尼泊爾共產黨（馬列）重新併入尼泊爾共產黨（聯合馬列），但是黨的重要領導人Mainali C.P拒絕合併，帶領自己的追隨者成立新的尼泊爾共產黨（馬列） (2002年)。
