巴斯馬蒂香米（英語：Basmati），也稱印度香米，長米，是一種大米，以其細膩和極佳的香氣而聞名。[1]主要種植於印度和巴基斯坦。[2][3]巴斯馬蒂來源於梵語，意味甜。
