性旅遊，也稱為色情旅遊，是以嫖娼為目標的旅遊行為[1][2]，集體色情旅遊俗稱買春團。聯合國反對性旅遊，因其會對性遊客所在國和目的國導致健康、社會和文化一系列不良後果，特別會導致在性旅遊目的國性別年齡、社會和經濟狀況的不均衡。[2][3][4]
性旅遊可進一步分為戀童色情旅遊、婦女色情旅遊、同性戀色情旅遊等等，旅遊目的地性服務的費用低廉，當地對性工作者的執法不嚴是吸引性遊客的主要原因。

一些國家已經成為買春團比較集中的目的國。這包括菲律賓、泰國、[5]巴西、[6][7]斯里蘭卡、[8][9][10]多米尼加共和國、[11][12]哥斯達黎加、[13][14]古巴、[15][16]和肯雅。[17]
一些個別城市或者區域可能在買春團有特別受到關注。很多這些區域都是位於主要的紅燈區，其中包括荷蘭的阿姆斯特丹；墨西哥蒂華納的北城區；墨西哥新拉雷多市的男孩城；巴西的福塔雷薩和里約熱內盧；泰國的曼谷、芭達亞和普吉府；烏克蘭的赫爾松、敖德薩及克里米亞；東亞買春團的主要目的地為俄羅斯遠東地區，如海參崴[18]和安吉利斯[19]——位於菲律賓的邦板牙省的前美國軍事基地。
在美國，賣淫在多數範圍是違法的，但是在內華達州和羅德島州的一些區域卻有猖獗的性交易，這些區域因此也成為一些美國買春團的目的地。世界上一些國家和地區將賣淫活動合法化，也包括上述（不是全部）某些地區。
隨着南韓的經濟起飛，南韓男性出國進行性旅遊的人數年增長。在東南亞地區的兒童性交易顧客多以南韓男性為主，並且受到當地人的反對以及政府的嚴正關注。[20]太平洋島國，基里巴斯亦為南韓性交易顧客的交易地點，當地與南韓顧客進行交易的未成年女子稱為「KoreKorea」。
南韓出國進行性旅遊的男性，70%的目的地為蒙古國。根據統計，南韓人在蒙古經營妓院的數量超過50多間。近年來，在蒙古國政府的嚴格取締下，南韓人所經營的妓院有減少的趨勢。但是南韓人所經營的妓院多轉型為宅配型性交易，於機場直接將顧客與性服務者送至旅館進行交易。此舉導致蒙古人對於南韓人以及南韓的反感。[21]
女性性旅遊[編輯]
女性性旅遊的主要目的地是南歐（主要是意大利、希臘、西班牙）、東歐（克羅地亞、斯洛文尼亞和烏克蘭）、西亞（土耳其）、加勒比地區（牙買加、巴巴多斯和多米尼加共和國）和非洲（突尼斯、贊比亞和肯雅 [22]），印尼巴里島，[23] 泰國的芭達亞或普吉府。其他目的地還包括尼泊爾、摩洛哥、斐濟、厄瓜多爾和薩爾瓦多。[24]
一項估計顯示，自1980年至今有65萬西方女性參與過買春活動，其中很多還是回頭客。[25] 根據另一項估計有8萬北美和歐洲女性為買春每年到牙買加旅遊。[26]
