聖母無原罪主教座堂（Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary）是天主教珀斯總教區的主教座堂，位於澳大利亞西澳大利亞州珀斯維多利亞大道的北端，維多利亞廣場的中心。
該堂的興建經過三個階段，第一階段完成於1865年。2006年教堂關閉，2009年12月重新開放。
