藍十字藍盾協會（英語：Blue Cross Blue Shield Association，縮寫：BCBSA）是位於美國的一個由34家當地獨立運營的公司聯合組成的醫療保險聯盟組織，其覆蓋範圍超過1億1500萬人[2][3]。其分別由兩家組織於1982年合併而成：於1929年成立的藍十字（Blue Cross），隨後在1960年改為藍十字協會；於1939年成立的藍盾（Blue Shield），隨後在1948年改為藍盾協會。
在醫療保險界，它常常被稱作 The Blues[4]，並分別在芝加哥和華盛頓特區設有總部。其主要辦公室位於芝加哥的伊利諾伊中心，地址為北密歇根大道225號。該協會聲稱控制着全美以及超過170個其他國家的藍十字會和藍盾商標和名稱的使用權，並將其授權給附屬公司，用於特定的獨佔地理服務區域[5]。其在美國所有50個州、哥倫比亞特區和波多黎各都擁有附屬計劃，還為許多海外國家的特許經營者提供計劃；它還參與美國聯邦政府僱員的全國性健康保險計劃[6]。該協會負責管理其成員之間的溝通以及成為其商標特許經營者所需的運營政策。通過這一聯盟，使得其每家協會公司儘管只在其指定的服務區域內運營，卻都能夠提供全國性的保險覆蓋[5]。
