《這些綠色的群山》是美國佛蒙特州的州歌。^[1]

1988年佛蒙特州議會決定讓佛蒙特州藝術委員會推出一首新的歌曲，用以取代舊州歌《向佛蒙特致敬》。^[2]委員會於是向社會招標，共收到了107首歌曲的投稿，並從中選出了8首入圍歌曲。再經過一系列討論之後，《這些綠色的群山》這首歌成為了新的州歌。^[3]

這首歌的作詞是黛安·馬丁，作曲為麗塔·巴格拉斯·格拉克。2000年5月22日，當時的佛蒙特州州長霍華德·迪安簽署了第99號法案，使其正式成為了官方州歌。^[4]
