概要

該用戶框提供用戶所填入的時區的當地時間，可能不適用於夏令時。

參數及使用方法

模板有三個參數，第一個時區參數是必填的：

1. 所在時區，允許使用世界協調時，格林威治時間和時區縮寫;
2. 所選圖片，有四張圖片可供選擇，時區縮寫也可被顯示。建議使用"時區鐘錶"圖像；
3. 時區內部連結，這會連接到所選的時區條目。
