三甲基二氯化砷是一種有機砷化合物，化學式為C3H9AsCl2。它可由三甲基砷的乙醚溶液和氯氣的四氯化碳溶液反應製得。[2]三甲基砷和五氯化磷反應，也能得到三甲基二氯化砷。[3]它和過量的疊氮化鈉反應，生成(CH3)3As(N3)2。[4]
