六氟磷酸亞硝酰是一種無機化合物，化學式為NOPF6。它可由亞硝酰氯、氟化氫和五氟化磷在二氧化硫或硝基甲烷中反應製得。[1]它在硝基甲烷中和銅反應，可以得到[Cu(CH3NO2)5(NO)][PF6]2。[2]它在合成中常用作單電子氧化劑。[3]
