刪減資助警方

在喬治·弗洛伊德（George Floyd）抗議活動中及其Black Lives Matter（黑人生命也重要）運動中，示威者提出了這這句口號：「 Defund the Police」。

停止資助警隊（英語：Defund the Police）是一個社會運動的口號，示威者希望政府減少或停止對警察部門的資助，並將其資源重新分配給非治安形式的公共安全和社區服務上，例如社會服務，青年服務，住房，教育，醫療保健和其他社區資源。

支持減少警察部門資金的社會活動家常常認為，對社區計劃的投資可以為社區提供更好的威懾力；資金將直接用於解決社會問題，例如如貧困、無家可歸和精神錯亂等等[1] [2]。

廢除警隊主義者呼籲用其他公共安全系統代替現有的警察部隊，例如住房、就業、社區衛生、教育和其他計劃[3] [4]。
