山地蛇屬（學名：Xylophis）為鈍頭蛇科的一個屬。2018年，研究人員將原屬於游蛇科閃皮蛇亞科（Xenodermatinae）的 Xylophis屬歸入本科，並建立新的 Xylophiinae亞科。
