襪帶蛇，又稱束帶蛇、園丁蛇，是爬蟲綱有鱗目游蛇科十幾種小型至中型無毒蛇的統稱。這種蛇主要產自北美，分佈於加拿大北部至中美洲。該蛇也是馬塞諸塞州的「州爬行動物」。[2]西方的襪帶蛇比東方的更適應水棲生活。
