枕小神經（lesser occipital nerve）^[1]是頸叢的一神經分支。^[2] 起自C₂，沿着胸索乳突肌的上緣走行，分佈於枕部和耳廓背面上部的皮膚。^[3]

結構[編輯]

在極少數情況下，枕小神經可能會重複2-3次。^[4]

枕小神經的問題可能導致枕神經痛（英語：Occipital_neuralgia）。^[3]
