諾曼·拉蒙特（英語：Norman Stewart Hughson Lamont, Baron Lamont of Lerwick，1942年5月8日—）前英國保守黨政治家、議員，1990年至1993年擔任財政大臣，期間主持英國貨幣政策，因歐洲匯率機制而導致英鎊被迫貶值，該事件被稱為「黑色星期三」。[1]
