2-萘乙酮又稱2-乙酰基萘，是一種有機化合物，化學式為C12H10O。它可由萘和乙酰氯在三氯化鋁存在下於二氯甲烷中反應得到，副產物是1-萘乙酮。[2]α-甲基-2-萘甲醇的氧化反應也能得到2-萘乙酮。[3]
