Microsoft ScanDisk（也稱ScanDisk）是一個包含在MS-DOS和Windows 9x中的診斷工具，可以檢查和修復磁碟的檔案系統錯誤。它在MS-DOS 6.2中被首次引入。CHKDSK是其成功簡化後的繼任者。
ScanDisk有一個比CHKDSK更友好的用戶介面，更多組態選項[1][2]並可以檢測和儘可能恢復磁碟上的物理錯誤。這取代並改進了能力有限的MS-DOS Recover工具。[3]不同於CHKDSK，ScanDisk還會修復交叉連結的檔案。[4]
從Windows 95開始，ScanDisk有了一個圖形化使用者介面，儘管基於文字的用戶介面仍然只能提供單任務執行模式。[5][6]
然而，ScanDisk不能檢查NTFS磁碟機，因此它對基於NT的Windows作業系統（包括Windows 2000、Windows XP及所有後續版本）基本不可用；出於此原因，新的CHKDSK代替了它（不應與MS-DOS中的CHKDSK命令混淆）。
在類Unix系統上，「fsck_msdosfs」等工具可完成同類任務。[7]
在Windows 9x中，若系統異常關機（如藍畫面死機），則Windows在下次啟動時會執行ScanDisk程式以修復檔案系統錯誤，並顯示MS-DOS下的ScanDisk畫面（Windows Me則顯示視窗化的ScanDisk程式，若使用軟碟啟動或啟動至OEM稽核模式則與Windows 95/98相同）。
