谢尚礼（英语：Jerry Tse），香港企业家，律师，艾德金融CEO[2]，英国特许仲裁员协会会员[3]，香港律师会会员[4]。

在加入艾德金融前，谢尚礼主要从事投行和金融行业，曾任职于摩根士丹利[5]、德意志银行[5]、麦格理集团[6]、星展银行[7]、光大证券[8]及山证国际[9]等金融机构，担任高层管理职务。曾任年利达律师事务所律师[10]、香港理工大学助理教授及伦敦大学亚非学院法学系客席讲师[10]。
