古氏树袋鼠（学名：Dendrolagus goodfellowi）是树袋鼠属一个濒临绝种的物种，分布于新几内亚东部（巴布亚新几内亚）的热带雨林中^[3]，和其他树袋鼠一样居于树上。本种的毛色为栗色至红棕色，腹部颜色较浅，脸部为灰棕色，尾长且为金色^[4]^[5]，体重约为7公斤^[6]；本种主要以巨盘木的树叶为食^[7]，有时也食用果实、花或草^[4] ，其胃与反刍动物的功能相似，有许多细菌可分解纤维素^[8]。这种树袋鼠的跳跃能力很强，可自高9米处跳到地表而不受伤^[5]。

古氏树袋鼠最早于1908年由英国动物学家奥德菲尔德·托马斯发表描述，其名称为纪念英国动物学家沃尔特·古费洛（英语：Walter Goodfellow）^[9]。本种之下包含两个亚种：Dendrolagus goodfellowi goodfellowi与Dendrolagus goodfellowi buergersi（巴氏树袋鼠（英语：Buergers' tree-kangaroo））^[10]。本种已濒临绝种，因狩猎与栖地破坏而受到一定威胁^[11]。
