微肿头龙属（属名：Micropachycephalosaurus）又名小肿头龙，是鸟臀目恐龙的一属，是种二足草食性恐龙，生存于上白垩纪的中国山东省，约7060万到6850万年前[1]目前只有发现一个不完整标本，发现于山东省莱阳市。它的学名是所有恐龙中最长的，但讽刺的是它的全长只有约1米，是最小的鸟臀目恐龙之一[2]。
微肿头龙的模式种是红土崖微肿头龙（M. hongtuyanensis），是由董枝明在1978年根据下颌及头颅骨的碎片（编号IVPP V.5542）来描述及命名的，并归类于厚头龙下目[3]。在2000年，保罗·塞里诺（Paul Sereno）因微肿头龙只有碎片化石，而认为它是疑名[4]。但于2004年，Teresa Maryanska等人则认为微肿头龙是一个有效的属[5]。
在2006年，罗伯特·苏利文（Robert Sullivan）的厚头龙科研究中，质疑微肿头龙的归类[6]。在2008年，赵喜进与R.J. Butler对于微肿头龙的最初标本的研究，发现它们与厚头龙类之间缺乏关联。唯一相关的厚颅顶，在重新研究前遗失了。因此赵喜进与R.J. Butler将微肿头龙归类于角足亚目的未定属[2]。在2011年的一个亲缘分支分类法研究，则提出微肿头龙是角龙下目的原始物种[7]。
