可口可樂希臘裝瓶公司（Coca-Cola HBC AG、Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company [3][4]，簡稱Coca-Cola Hellenic），是一家可口可樂裝瓶公司，在倫敦證券交易所上市，在雅典證券交易所二次上市。
歷史[編輯]
希臘裝瓶公司（Hellenic Bottling Company SA）於1969年在雅典成立。可口可樂公司同年授予該公司在希臘的裝瓶權[5]。2000年8月，希臘裝瓶公司收購了可口可樂阿馬提爾公司（Coca- Cola Amatil）的歐洲業務可口可樂飲料公司（Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd），形成可口可樂裝瓶公司（Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company SA）[6]。
2012年10月，該公司宣布將其運營總部遷至瑞士，並將其主要上市地轉移至倫敦，以獲得更好的融資渠道，並擺脫危機重重的希臘。這對雅典股市來說是一個重大打擊，因為它當時是雅典市值最大的上市公司。[7]
2013年4月29日，該公司獲准進入倫敦證券交易所的主要市場。[8]
